chain restrictions are in place for commercial vehicles. we're definitely in the season now. second fugitive inmate who escaped last week from a county jail in california by rappeling by a bed sheet was arrested last night. a standoff lasted more than seven hours. the man was recaptured at a house in san jose. late tuesday marshals and police arrested a 26-year-old. they both escaped last week cutting through bars on a second story window and using a bed sheet as a rope. denver police are hoping more light will mean less crime. last night police and community volunteers went door to door in the capitol hill neighborhood handing out light bulbs to homes where police say the porches needed a little bit of extra light. this came after an experiment in the highlands ranch, excuse me, the highlands neighborhood
